Q: When are you new hours effective? |

A: Our new hours are effective Tuesday evening
February 12th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. PST |

Q: Why are you providing this service? |

A: We understand the frustration our client's
experience when making after hour reservations |

and want to provide them, and everyone, with
superior customer service. |

Q: Does this service cost me anything
additional? |
| |
|
A: No it does not. Our current structure of
standard agency service fees does not change. |
| |

Q: Can I make confirmed
airline reservations and have tickets issued at night? |
| |
|
A: Of course you can. An e-ticket receipt
would be generated as usual. For paper ticket |
|
issuance you would be required to stop by our
office the following business day for pick up. |

Q: Will you offer additional reservations for
packages, tours, and cruises as well? |
| |
|
A: Absolutely! Most all vacation travel is
now automated.
For those reservations that
are not |

yet automated we will confirm your request the following business
day. |

Q: Can I call in with just a general
travel inquiry as well? |
| |
|
A: Yes, we understand that you may not
be ready to book but need a professional |
|
opinion as well. We appreciate your inquiry. |

Q: If you are too busy to talk with me
will I receive a return phone call? |
| |

A: Yes we will, within normal phone hours. If
we are not able to speak to you same evening your |
|
call will be returned the
following business day. If you prefer we can also send you a
follow up |

email message as well. |
